Reasons for Returns / Exchanges
The reasons for returning an order or part of it may be the following:
- Incorrect, poor-quality, or defective products (error in order processing, pricing, shipping, poor packaging, etc.) due to fault of aristaioskea.com
In this case, we cover the return shipping costs via ACS Courier and either replace the products with new ones or refund the net amount of the
order via bank transfer within 10 days. - Exercise of the right of withdrawal.

company of their choice, and we will refund the amount via bank transfer within 10 days.
Conditions for Returns / Exchanges
A necessary condition is that the product is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which it was received, meaning it has
not suffered any wear or damage. Acceptance of the return will be determined after a quality inspection by our company and an assessment of the condition of the returned product.
The returned product must include the retail receipt and all original product labels/tags. Refunds are made only via bank transfer from our company to the bank account you have stated on the above return form.

If, for personal reasons, you wish to cancel your order before production has started and before it is shipped, you must contact us and inform us of your decision:
