The shipping methods we offer are:

1. COURIER for domestic shipments – Delivery to your door or to an address of your choice
2. STORE PICK-UP
3. COURIER for international shipments – Upon communication via email at info@aristaioskea.com
   
4. COURIER – Delivery to your door or to an address of your choice

If you choose to receive your order at the address you have provided, your
order will be shipped via our cooperating courier company and the system
will automatically charge you the shipping cost. The delivery time from the
completion of your order is 24–48 hours.

IMPORTANT: In this case, our company assumes responsibility for the
safety of the products for any loss or damage that may occur during
transportation. Therefore, if any loss or damage is detected, you must
notify us within 24 hours

Domestic shipping charges:

1. For orders up to 3 kg, the charge is 5,5€
2. For orders over 3 kg, an additional charge of 2,5€ per kilogram
   applies.

Orders are shipped via ACS Courier to the delivery address you provided
during checkout.
The delivery time is 1–2 business days from the date the products are
collected by the courier company.

IMPORTANT: If the delivery address is considered geographically or
kilometrically remote by the courier company, the customer will need to
collect the order from the nearest ACS office.
